We can provide information about guns of our make from archives, old catalogues, the provenance of known guns and models, etc. As this research is time consuming we have to make a small charge.Price for each gun enquiry £25.00Before information can be provided we require; good quality and in focus photos, showing specific views of a gun. The most important picture is a close up of all marks, symbols, numbers and letters stamped or engraved, usually on the underside of the barrels. An example of this view;-We also require views of the top, side and underside views of barrels, fore end and stock and action separately. All these views are necessary to ensure the gun is the one recorded in our records. They are also required because many of the different models and types we made over the years may look the same but on examination prove to be different types working on different principles. Serial numbers are not always in chronological sequences and several different guns may have the same serial number!

Also to provide a reasonable assurance that it is not a forgery since these do exist. Examples of some of the views required:-Photos may be sent via e-mail to; or by CD, sent to the registered office address below. Photos should be sent in jpg file format of between 500KB to 1MB resolution. If sent by e-mail due to the limitations of some service providers each e-mail should be limited to 5MB so several e-mails may be required.
